Today's WIP Wednesday is all about giving you a sneak peak into the first book of my upcoming dystopian romance trilogy.
Imagine living in a world where emotions are no longer your own--where the government tightly regulates how you feel as a way to control behavior and prevent war.
The Idea for this emotionally controlled society actually came to me while watching my three-year-old daughter navigate big emotions, learning to understand and manage them It got me thinking: What if emotions weren't ours to control at all?
In book one, we meet characters whose lives are shaped by this regulation--closely monitored, carefully controlled. But when an inciting incident shatters the carefully maintained order of their world, they're forced to question everything. What happens when they start to feel things they've been told are forbidden? And how much are they willing to sacrifice--for love, for freedom, for the truth?
This story is packed with high stakes, forbidden romance, and a world thats as complelling as it is terrifying. I can't wait to share more about these characters and the journey that will challenge everything they know.
